Ho Family dit da jow, based on the Shaolin Die Da Shen Yan Lian Fan, has a deep history and continuing legacy of change and progression. Originally brought to America in the 1800s during Railroad construction, Ho Family used some Western herbs in place of Chinese Herbs unavailable in America at the time. Due to its effectiveness, it flourished with the Bagua Zhang community in San Francisco. Mike Biggie then added 1 more ingredient to the Ho Family formula, creating a unique aroma that spikes the olfactory senses with penetrating spiciness.

This dit da jow is very strong in its action to break stasis and aid in the management of pain and arthritic stiffness, tissue strains and soreness from over training; it is quite effective for sinew injuries. This particular formula is very warming and for use in later or chronic stages of severe injury, once initial inflammation has subsided.
