Leung Jan Wing Chun Dit Da Jow
This jow is commonly seen in Wing Chun schools today due to its direct lineage predating Ip Man. While mostly composed of conventional dit da ingredients, it does employ a few very strong Blood invigorators and other herbs that give this liniment a fairly unique feel.
Cooked Rehmannia, Safflower, Pyrite, Zedoaria, Turmeric, Angelica Tail, Platycodon, Sappan Wood, Alisma, Akebia, Pseudoginseng, Peach Kernel, Rhubarb, Gardenia, Frankincense, Myrrh, Erythrina, Kadsura, Cinnamon Twig, Red Peony, Citrus Peel, Licorice, Lotus Stem, Field Mint.
