Product Description

LTTF Iron Palm Dit Da Jow

Introducing the LTTF Iron Palm Dit Da Jow: The product of 2 years of testing and refinement. The idea behind the design of this liniment was to create a strong iron palm jow that was inexpensive and contained NO expensive, rare or hard-to-get herbs. The world of herbalism in modern day is in a state of unsure flux and this liniment is unique in its ability to provide a strong training jow without the worry of cost or rarity. With only 12 herbal ingredients, this relatively smaller formula uses all commonplace Chinese herbs that have not experienced shortages due to drought, lack of supply, lack of quality, or increase in costs. After a number of batches tested by numerous select customers and colleagues of PlumDragon around the world, the formula has been tweaked and finalized. The capability of this formula has coincidentally impressed everyone who has used it; the synergy of cost-effectiveness and training effectiveness is a reality!

LTTF iron palm jow produces a dark liniment which has a nice thick feel, a smooth savory aroma, and a potent action that will allow you to train hard through the years, confident in the fact that you dont have to worry about whether or not you will be able to still fill the formula a decade down the road, or at what cost. When you want stability and strength in your liniment, LTTF iron palm jow will deliver…Unlike the US economy!

While LTTF iron palm jow does not have the overall strength as formulas such as the Hung Gar Level 2 or Ancestors Advanced iron palm jows, it is suitable for nearly all iron palm programs, beginner to advanced, and is available for half the cost or less, with no worry about future supply.

Age for atleast 6 months for best results. Makes 1 gallon of quality iron palm dit da jow.

I’m really shocked by the great reviews on this jow. In my experience it was all but useless. I hate being so harsh, but I really didn’t feel any benefit from it. After using this jow, I immediately bought the Ancestor’s Dit Da Jow again which, while more expensive, was far more effective.

This one is great! I love it’s aroma, and it helps my hands out a lot on those cold, achy mornings. A very rich formula!

As a beginner to Iron Palm training, I have tried Wing Lam Triple Strength and Jade Springs Dit Da Jows. The best results have come from using Plum Dragon. Recovery time, pain, and swelling is decreased while energy/\Chi\” is increased. My hands generate heat like never before and I have had some strange anomalies in Qigong & Tai Chi sessions along with everyday life. I often forget to put gloves on in sub-zero weather while snow-blowing and shoveling without even noticing. I am so impressed that I ordered a half-gallon and I am looking to schedule a 4-5 Hour private session soon…”

I have been using the Jow for 4 days now and I can say this is some good Jow. I started back into Kung Fu again after 12yrs hiatus. And also started Iron Plum training. I dislocated my right thumb a long time ago and since starting Iron Palm training again, my thumb ligaments started to feel tight and a bit of minor pain at the joints. After using this Jow, that has been minimized quite a bit. I am also suffering from patellar tendonitis and my knees are typically stiff after a workout. I have been using this Jow for that as well and its not stiff anymore.

I practice Shaolin Kung Fu and Iron Palm daily. I knew I needed a large amount of quality Jow, but didn’t want to make a mistake and get a bad product.

After reading some of the positive reviews, I took a chance a got the half gallon of Iron Palm Jow.

The product is excellent. Getting a small bottle with an eyedropper with the half gallon made it much easier to work with the Jow. The herbal smell, although strong, is pleasant. The price was great and the customer servicxe and follow up was really exceptional. I also had it in three business days!

I have recommended Plum Dragon to my Shifu because of the quality products and integrity of the company.

I’ll be back when the half gallon runs out! Thanks!

Amazing stuff. My previous experience ends with tiger balm, which I’ve used alot for many martial arts injuries and soreness. Its carried me far. After learning about jows I began to search for a quality recipe on the internet and my search ended with Plum Dragon. Its got everything you would hope for in a great jow: a dropper, glass bottle and a fantastic recipe. I tested it out first on a injured finger to see if it would circulate and strengthen it and found that soreness decreased after a couple applications. Been using it steadily with iron palm training as well as a general linament for most everything beyond regular bruising in martial arts. I made a friend massage liberally with it right after he injured his ankle. My friend with the ankle injury found out later he had torn a ligament in his ankle, but in a week he was limping on it and in two weeks was able to train on it. His doctor was really impressed. Draw your own conclusions. I strongly recommend jow now for every serious martial artist, due to its ability to help heal injuries besides being just an iron palm jow.

This is an outstanding did da jow for sore tendons and ligaments. It’s helped me greatly in continuing a pretty rigorous strength training program that’s occassionaly been derailed by tendonitis and what they refer to as \jumper’s knee.\” As I have mentioned in my comments on the General Purpose dit da jow

This is really great stuff! While my husband and I still use the bruise liniment when we have regular bruises, we use this iron palm dit da jow on our tendon injuries, sore ligaments, and when we smack ourselves hard enough to bruise bone. It definitely helps heal and we can’t imagine kung fu without it!
