Southern Fist Iron Body Dit Da Jow
This iron body dit da jow has a cult following here at PlumDragonHerbs. It is used by some schools of Southern Hakka martial arts. It is a cooling formula with very few warming herbs and much better for injury than most iron palm formulas. It is often used for iron body exercises, limb knocking, iron palm (primarily on open medium but also with a bag) due to its very strong blood circulating characteristics and wind-damp functions. It is typically used before and after training exercises and has a pungent sweet aroma that is different than most liniments. **Aged nearly 2 years.**
