    (verified owner):

This Dit Da Jow is ideal for any kind of Iron Body training. By that, I mean it is the Jow you should use for fore-arms, shins, feet, and presumably the torso (though I have not personally used it for torso conditioning). This is the best formula for conditioning the feet that I know of – so that is great for martial arts that love to kick. It powerfully moves blood and energy to the feet; my normally cold and soft feet now have excellent circulation, are warm, and are increasingly more durable. My forearms and shins are also harder so that I rarely worry about them being injured even in heavy sparring. This Jow takes a while to toughen the body up, but with dedicated long-term use it is highly effective. So for anyone looking at conditioning the fore-arms, shins, or feet, this is your Jow. The only reason I have not rated it at a full 5 stars is the smell. The smell can be rather over-powering and isn’t very pleasant. So be careful about opening it indoors if you or anyone in your family have asthma or sensitive noses. That being said, it is highly effective and the smell issue isn’t as much of an issue if you leave it open in the garage for a few days before beginning normal use.
