Tribulus terrestris L. (Ji Li); Tribulus; Fruitus Tribuli  白蒺藜

Bai Ji Li acts to pacify the liver, anchor yang, facilitate the flow of liver qi, disperse stagnation, and dispel wind. Bai Ji Li is traditionally applied to warts and eczema.
