 Homalomena Occulta, Homalomenae Rhizoma

Literally meaning "Thousand Year Vitality" or "Thousand Years of Health", Homalomena has found utility in Bi Syndrome in the elderly. From a martial arts standpoint however, this warming herb is used to strengthen bone and sinew, and dispel Wind and Dampness.
