I use the bruise linament Dit Da Jow mostly for healing injuries and increasing recovery time. I can easily cut the time it takes to heal from an injury, or recover from a strenuous workout in half or better. I usually use the medicine in conjunction with Chi Kung meditation.

I have seen excellent results from using this product.

I ordered the White Dragon Iron Palm Jow and its pretty good stuff. Before and after training I would put this jow on. When applying it after training, my hands felt incredible, like I never even hit the bag. Also, the mild bruising I would get from training was gone the next day after massaging the jow into my hands. It smells pretty good too. Excellent beginner and intermediate jow for iron palm. Highly recommend. I also gave some of this jow away to a friend that was having knee and heel pain. When he put it on, he said he was good to go within 10 minutes of putting it on. Thanks Josh.

I have been using the Muscle Dit Da Jow on horses. The results are impressive. I dilute it down to 1/4 strength.

I ordered from this site and there was a small problem, the people who where delievering and handling my order where total screwups and well….lets just say things just got really messy and I was really upset on the outcome of my first order with the PDH site, not the staff! I contacted the PHD staff through email and got an immediate response, plumdragonherbs where really friendly and helpful and replied to my messages without having me wait weeks or somthing like some websites do! They helped fixed the situation I was in with little to no delay at all and they really did an outstanding job on that because it was the most \I STAND BY MYPRODUCTS\” I have ever seen in my life. These people working at plumdragonherbs don’t mess and fool around
