Xian Mao, literally meaning “Immortal Grass”, is an old herb that has been cited in Chinese medical texts for over 1,000 years. It is a strong Yang tonic and has utility to dispel Cold and Damp, and treat painful Bi Syndrome.

Xian Mao is toxic and should not be used internally unless under the direction of your healthcare professional. Xian Mao is hot and acrid in nature, and enters the Kidney meridian.
