Quality Guarantee: Returns are always accepted according to our policy.

Bottled jow & liniments: Ship within 24–48 hours in most cases.

Bulk herb & herb kit orders: Assembled fresh per order — most ship within 48 hours, though orders occasionally take up to 2 weeks. Since herbs and herb kits are often the start of a brew that ages for months anyway, we'd rather rotate fresh inventory than ship from long-standing stock.

Transit time is separate. 3-day shipping = fulfillment time + 3 days in transit.
