I've used various Dit Da Jow recipes over the years, for several arts. One of the recipes that I use daily is very similar to some that are used by Plum Dragon, however, the current products are hands down amazing. Several of my soldiers and other fellow martial arts practitioners are using these after I recommended them. These current items have been helpful in healing and conditioning, where I have sustained injuries from our military operations, surgical procedures, as well as from training in the gym and dojo.
I have used their products for years and I highly recommend them for every serious martial artist, athlete, and for personnel who train rigorously on a regular basis. It works amazing for my training regimen here in military and as a life long martial artist.
My go-to's - Ancestor's Advanced - good for joint pain, Ho Family - good for connective tissue pain and inflammation and Jeet Kune Do - good for sprains and strains. My other favorites are Flexibility and Bruise Jow
Haven't got to try any jow yet, only been steeping in alcohol for a month. Though, both the Golden Lotus iron body, and the Aikido jow smell great. The Aikido jow was my mistake purchase. Be certain to double check your herbal pack selection before adding to cart, when purchasing the herbal pack, and jug combo. Either way the Aikido jow jug smells potent. I can imagine it will be an effective jow for tendon, muscle, bruise? Can't wait to try some. Smells like a cool jow, though could be wrong.
Also, tried a 4oz bottle of Ancestors Advanced Jow. For a month now has served as an awesome jow for body conditioning. I highly recommend it.
Could be more detailed in a followup review, in another few months. Thanks Plum Dragon.
