The bruise dit da jow has been very helpful in helping to heal my bruises from sparring and a deeply bruised knuckle that I keep reinjuring. I usually use arnica for bruising and it does a pretty good job but this is my first time using jow and I am very impressed how much it has helped the tenderness and swelling as well as the bruise coloring

Is common to find ourselves learning, practicing, sparring, exercising with various students; differing in age, gender, physical condition, level of training and flexibility. I banged my knee on the side on a marble table, it hurt the joint but then i ignored and forgot it
and worked all day, by eve when I rested and didnt use it for a couple hours, it was all stiff and sore to walk on ....
I had never tried the Bruise Juice before, and had forgotten it till then.. I rubbed some on from the bottles eyedropper, (which is very handy to have in the bottle) and went to bed and in morning not a trace of any soreness or stiffness. I do recover well, as only 73, but I had at least expected some left over soreness, but totally gone. !!
I think your remedy works very well and will recommend it to others.
Havent tried the Ancestor ones yet, as dont have anything bothering me right now from a times back.. but I like to be prepared and I like sales!!!.
