A Message From Our CEO:

At Plum Dragon Herbs, our number one priority is your health, happiness and safety. With the concern of the coronavirus (COVID-19) growing daily, we wanted to notify you of our safety procedures and the additional precautionary steps that we are taking. None of our current inventory is coming from China right now. We imported all current inventory back in September/October of 2019.

For all future inventory from China, we implemented a protocol back in early January 2020 that all shipments will be sanitized externally before they are opened, and then again on the exterior of individual packaging after shipments are opened. All employees are wearing disposable gloves for this process and are following hand washing procedures upon completion of this process.

We are not accepting returns of raw materials, teas, or herb packs in this time due to potential risk of contamination. Please consider your orders carefully.
