Important Information for International Orders

We are committed to providing affordable and reliable shipping options for our international customers. In addition to DHL, we now offer First Class and Priority Mail International, as well as Global Post Standard and Global Post Economy. However, please carefully review the following policies before placing your order:

1. Customs Clearance Responsibility

   • It is the customer's responsibility to contact their local customs office prior to placing an order to confirm that their package will be accepted in their country.
   • Packages rejected by customs enforcement will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

2. USPS Shipping Limitations

   • USPS shipping options (First Class, Priority Mail, Global Post Standard, and Global Post Economy) do not provide tracking once the package leaves the USA.
   • If the package is lost in transit after leaving the USA, we will be unable to track it or refund the shipping costs.

3. DHL Restrictions on Liquids

   • DHL does not transport liquids, including Dit Da Jow or any other liquid formulas. If you are ordering such products, you must select a USPS shipping option.
