Ancestors Advanced Iron Palm Dit Da Jow Liniment
Based on Zhu Chuan Ying-Gong Jiu, Ancestors Advanced Iron Palm dit da jow is formulated for advanced training with steel or lead shot, iron ore, or other dense mediums used in various iron palm systems, as well as force impact training, advanced coconut break training, and direct hitting methods. Perfect for use following the Hung Gar Level 2 Iron Palm pack. This formula contains large doses of some of the strongest herbs used in traditional iron palm training to create a warming, circulating sensation in the hands and support the ongoing conditioning process practitioners rely on through repeated training. Many practitioners who train heavy qigong and energy circulation work alongside iron palm training have found this formula to be a favorite for that combination.
For EXTERNAL use only. Do NOT apply to open wounds or cuts, eyes or mouth at any time. ***Spray cap does not work well with this formula as high resin content clogs the spray mechanism over time.***
Best when used solely for iron palm training purposes by well-experienced practitioners.
