Chuan Po Shi (Cudrania)
Cudrania, sometimes natively referred to as "Cudrang" exhibits wind-damp expelling properties and is related to the Mulberry family of which Sang Zhi, Shang Ji Sheng, and Sang Bai Pi are also part. Chuan Po Shi finds application for its relative ability to eliminate blood stasis and promote circulation.
