Flexibili-Tea Herb Pack

This simple but effective Flexibili-Tea herbal tea pack was used in traditional Taoist Yoga and Ayurveda to help with flexibility training in yoga and martial arts. This flexibility supplement tea is one of our most popular products and is used by yoga teachers to professional weight lifters.

Spasm relieving herbs smooth tension and keep muscle, tendon, and ligaments relaxed during exercises that challenge flexibility to aid in increasing limberness and flexibility; herbs help muscles and ligaments recover from stress and over-stretching that is often part of an intensive training regimen; yang tonic herbs warm the joints, keeping tightness from impeding your training.

This flexibility supplement is made as tea. For tea, add 1 pack to as much as 1 gallon of water (less water produces a smaller amount of stronger tea). Bring to a boil, then simmer for 40 minutes and strain the herbs. Store the tea in the refrigerator and drink 1/2 cup 2-3 times per day. You may add a small amount of honey for flavor.

This herbal tea pack is sold as 2 separate packs of herbs, which will last approximately 20 days if used at the rate given above. The 2 Flexibili-Tea packs will be packaged in a single bag.

Vegetarian.

Excellent & very effective blend

As 77 year old with 50+ years shaolin training; I used this wonderful decoction as prescribed within a course of "yi jin jing" over a few months to help alleviate long standing intramuscular lesions with excellent results. Now, have reduced consumption to ~50% as no longer require strong remediation with the intent to discontinue use and only use "dit dow jow" for occasional acute tightness.
