Jin Qian Cao (Herba Lysimachiae) roughly translates to “gold coin grass” in English. It has been used in concentrated form for centuries in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), where it is believed to clear “heat” and toxins from the body, and also to strengthen the body's natural ability to expel gallstones and kidney stones.
When taken as a tea instead of a TCM extract, GCG has a much gentler effect, and many people in China drink it daily, because they enjoy its natural earthy aroma and mild leafy taste.
I was really surprised how good this smells and tastes, I dont add any thing to
it, fine as it is. Thank you for such a nice quality herb :)
