An Iron Palm Dit Da Jow reminiscent in design to the Ku Yu Cheong. However, this formula does not use any animal parts but rather employs high doses of strong Blood moving herbs like San Qi to satisfy similar functions.
This formula uses a high count of herbs often used in external releasing formulas, making it a bit unique in that respect, as a dit da formula. Given its training roots, it also has combinations of several wind-damp herbs. As such, is quite drying and good for training where the joints tend to be affected, including Iron Palm training. Commonly used combinations of blood movers help promote fairly strong blood flow to help combat injury and blood stasis while a small number of cooling herbs provide some balance. It has an incredible smell and leaves a smooth coating on the hands.
Vegetarian.
