Literally meaning "Fat of the Five Spirits", Wu Ling Zhi is classified as a Blood Invigorating herb. Bitter and sweet, this herb is warming in energy and is a strong herb for blood stasis and bleeding, and invigorating blood to relieve pain. Wu Ling Zhi antagonizes with Ren Shen (Ginseng).
