The New Girl...huh?

Yup, that's right.  There's a new girl on board at Plum Dragon (that's me, Lisa), and I am pretty sure I speak for Josh when I say that he is SO very glad to have me here.  

The demand for Josh's teaching and research is growing, and he is being called to travel extensively at the very same time that PlumDragon is expanding its reach and growth.  This is great news for Josh and great news for Plum Dragon, but it also means that Josh has to turn over some aspects of the business to me so that we can continue to craft the high-quality herbal products you have come to love and rely on.  

We also want  to expand Plum Dragon's offerings, create a more robust forum, and provide you the best possible information, research and community experience out there on effective herbal formulas for athletes.

Rest assured that Josh will still be with us and remains dedicated to the success of Plum Dragon.  My hope is that you will find me to be a welcome addition to Plum Dragon and the community here.  I look forward to hearing from many of you and hope you will feel free to reach out at any time to let me know how we can improve Plum Dragon to meet your expectations or provide a better experience with us.
